The Gravity Project
The Gravity Project is a multi-stakeholder effort to:
- Find gaps in SDOH data elements
- Develop consensus-driven standards for capturing SDOH in EHRs
The Gravity Project focuses on transportation access, housing instability and quality, and food insecurity, and more topics are planned.
